Ray White Albion Park are the sales agents for Mount Terry. Release 1 has been sold. Registrations of interest for future releases are now being taken.

 
The Sales Process for Release 1 was as follows:

 

1. Registrations of interest were made with Ray White Albion Park

2. Discussions of land requirements including dimensions, area, price range and preferred lots occurred.

3. Subdivision plans were made available to registered purchasers once the relevant Council consents had been obtained.

4. Lots were offered to registered purchasers once prices had been set.

5. A 10% deposit was required on lot selection.

6. Contracts were exchanged within 10 business days and settlement occured 14 days after subdivision completion and registration.
